Had very pleasant stay for Anniversary weekend, the staff were helpful, location was good in the area for a family memorial service. Got brand-new and reasonably large room with a view of planes coming into o'hare as expected, really enjoyed it.

The hotel rooms are neat with a paneled ceiling and offer a view of planes coming into O'Hare. The location is great, situated in a local area just off Schaumburg with retail stores nearby. They have a jacuzzi for relaxing and are only 1 mile away from Usher Park. The food is excellent with a great selection of meals available.

Pool was too cold, free breakfast, amazing employees. Liked the gift bag at check-in, room service brought wine, attentive staff. Clean hotel, courteous front desk. Beautiful place, room had patio without chairs. Kids loved the pool.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in a great area for 3 nights to explore downtown. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Metra, which takes around 50 minutes to reach downtown. Jon at the front desk was amazingly helpful and outgoing, making our stay even better. The hotel itself was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe and well-maintained. Bentley's nearby provided a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to stay an extra 2 hours so our kids could enjoy the clean and well-managed pool.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed, parking, restaurant, staff were all fantastic, good, and very good respectively. The gift bag and wine were a nice touch. The area was great, with a shuttle service and nearby breakfast place. Jon at the front desk was beyond helpful.

Positive aspects of my stay at the Holiday Inn in Itasca included easy check-in/out, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food in the restaurant was great. The pool had convenient hours and the front desk staff were accommodating. Planning to stay again!

Great location! We appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to the train station where we hopped on the Metra to downtown - a fantastic and affordable way to explore the city! The neighborhood felt safe, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Bentley's nearby. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, including welcoming gift bags and even a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. Additionally, the hotel was very clean, and we were impressed with the hardworking maids who did an excellent job!

Our room had some maintenance issues that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. We had to call maintenance to fix the bathroom, which took some time and was a bit inconvenient to deal with.

The location was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby for our family memorial service. We were also happy to find that there were retail stores and a theater close by for entertainment. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and the free breakfast was a great perk. We also enjoyed the pool and the friendly employees who served us there.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and easy to find with plenty of free parking. The coffee to go in the morning was a nice touch. Despite the hotel being dated, it was a good stay with welcoming and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
